Adding a 7th client would statistically degrade the ability to execute deep work and meet the SLA.
How does billing work? Can you bill my insurance directly?
The financial structure is designed for speed and capacity reservation. We do not bill insurance; we contract directly with the Principal or Family Office. You pay us; your carrier reimburses you based on our artifacts. The "Evergreen" retainer: for active assessments or crisis response, you deposit funds upfront, and we draw down against them—if the balance drops below a set threshold, it must be replenished immediately to avoid pauses. Buying exclusion, not just hours: the retainer is a reservation fee to ensure the Principal Engineer is available to deploy within 4 hours.
We accept a maximum of 6 Private Client retainers annually to ensure 4-hour response times.
